A project begins only when Pixela and the customer agree the scope, commercial terms and any service-specific conditions in writing. Those agreed terms take priority if they differ from this website notice.

Pixela names, branding, website content, product concepts and presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law unless stated otherwise. Customer ownership and licences for project deliverables are defined in the relevant agreement.
