Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Pixela handles personal information when you use this website, contact our team or interact with PIP. Last updated: 7 September 2026.

01

Information we collect

We receive the information you choose to provide through enquiries, consultation requests and PIP conversations. We may also collect limited device, browser and website-usage information needed to operate, secure and improve our digital services.

02

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to requests, prepare and deliver services, maintain security, improve customer experiences and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use it for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate basis.

03

PIP conversations

PIP uses the information entered into a conversation to understand your request and provide a useful direction. Your messages are processed by an AI service provider (OpenAI) so that PIP can reply; please do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. A conversation is shared with the Pixela team when you ask for a handover or submit an enquiry.

04

Sharing and service providers

Information may be handled by trusted technology and service providers that help us operate our website, communications and projects. We do not sell personal information.

05

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations or legitimate business records. We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect it.

06

Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information, or object to certain uses. Contact hello@pixela.co.bw and describe the request so we can verify and respond appropriately.
